What Events Happen in Oseh?

Often once per week, on Saturday, Oseh will have a program from 7:00 to 9:00. Most events are held at a members house, with some events being in public spaces such as a shopping strip, or a community center. Occasionally, there will be programs outside of Saturday. Such as but not limited to; Shabbat, Fundraisers, Monday meeting, and more. There are also regional (NRE/DC Council) events and conventions. Including; Regional Convention (RC), Club NRE, DC Council Convention, AZAA Flag football/basketball, BBGG Yoga, with more on the list.
Is Oseh Religious?

Although our chapter is a Jewish youth group, Oseh is not primarily considered a religious organization. We will often recite Havdalah before Saturday night programs, and occasionally has themed Shabbats, as a chapter. Regardless of how you observe Judaism, Oseh is an amazing way to build connections in the Jewish community.
Is Oseh a Time Commitment?
Oseh is not a time commitment. Although attendance is strongly encouraged, it is not mandatory. However, our chapter’s events are as good as the people that attend. So come to as little, or many programs as you would like.
How do I hear about events?
Parents, members, and prospective members will all receive weekly communications of upcoming events with details and locations. Communications are usually through the form of email, and texts.
